There are many developers who have worked on this the first one to start was 3D Realms along with the Triptych Games. We cannot blame anyone either as it’s a really really bad version of the old Duke. Though the developer might have wished they had not actually finished it after seeing the response they got it. Until finally it found a develop who could finish it and stop all the speculation of it being cancelled numerous times. It was a long running battle for this title as plenty of developers started working on it but finally gave up on it for some reason and it continued to shift hands. The demo, as highlighted in our impressions article on it, consists of a massive boss fight between Duke and a big alien on a football field, as well as a vehicle section where Duke drives his monster truck in a desert environment, running over enemies and causing all sorts of havoc, before running out of gas and needing to head into a mine to find some fuel.The FPS Duke Nukem Forever has arrived finally. Now, that demo version has been deployed to the PC and Xbox 360 platforms, through the Steam digital download service and the Xbox Live online service, for those who have the Gold membership. The title was launched a few weeks ago, while a demo was released for members of the First Access Club, composed of those who pre-ordered Duke Nukem Forever or purchased the Borderlands Game of the Year edition.
